Kesar Mango Lassi


      Well having Halloween Treats everywhere i know this is no time i post something " Summery ". But we love Mangoes and every time we  have mangoes in stock at home, we make it a point to make Lassi atleast once or twice. We both really do not need any other way to consume Mangoes, just fresh ripe mangoes and we can finish it off in no time, and our dear little one is no less in that way. She Lovessssss Mangoes.







I had  2 more mangoes left in my fruit basket waiting for us and for a change i made it into this thick creamy yummy drink Lassi. Fresh ripped Mangoes pureed with thick yogurt into a very smooth special Indian drink.
Kesar Mango Lassi


Ingredients:
1 ripe Mango ( cut in cubes )
2 cups Curd
1  - 2 tbsp Sugar ( opt )
1 Cardamom
1 pinch of Kesar / Safforn
1/4 cup Milk / Water ( opt )

Method:

Puree cubed Mangoes , kesar, and cardamom together, in a blender.
Add in curd, sugar and blend again, if too thick add milk and blend again.
Pour in a glass ; garnish with kesar and pistachios serve chilled.
