Pepper Chicken

Hi all......its been a weeks i posted anything on my blog and i feel that i was away from you all for long. We had to leave for Santa Barbara for a few days, as R had to be there. A small lovely city that i fell in love a lot, enjoyed a lot and now back home.

Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless chicken ( cut in strips)
1 onions ( cut in strips )
1 Bell peppers/ capsicum ( cut in strips)
3 garlic pods ( chopped)
spring onions for garnishing( chopped)

Marinating sauce:
1 tsp green chilly sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp crushed red chilly
1/2 tsp ginger- garlic paste
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp oil
salt

Method:
Clean and cut chicken into 1 inch strips.
In a bowl add chicken, green chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, crush red chilly,ginger-garlic paste, lime juice salt, oil and mix well.
Let it marinate for about 2 hrs or at least over night.
In a kadai, heat oil, add garlic and the chicken pieces, and dry saute it until cooked on medium to high heat.
Once done remove the chicken pieces from the kadai.
Heat oil in the same kadai adding onions and the bell peppers, and saute for a few min. ( the onions and the peppers should still be crunchy)
Add the cooked chicken to the onions and the peppers and mix well.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Note: Please adjust everything according to your own taste buds :)
