Homemade Ginger-Garlic Paste

Using fresh ingredients and Homemade Masalas always gives you a satisfied feeling at least for people me who loves everything homemade, its kind of saving money at the same time you know the ingredients you have in it, all fresh and far away from preservatives. I am kind of crazy for homemade things. But you know it isn't a crime to get a bottle of store- bought G & G paste , its real easy to take one bottle from the aisle and drop it into your cart;  than sitting there peeling all those garlic skins , right!!!!!
By now you must be Confused on which side i am , well truly on both the sides, but fortunately or unfortunately its Homemade for me for MOST of the time, its all great to have your own bottle of fresh smelling ground G & G paste.
