Ingredients:
1 lb prawns cleaned
2 big onion cubed
2 bell pepper / capsicum cubed
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilly flakes
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
salt to taste
oil
spring onions for garnish
Method:
Marinate the prawns with turmeric pwdr, cornflour and salt for about 15 mins.
Heat oil in a kadai, shallow fry the prawns and keep it aside for later use.
In the same kadai add oil and saute onions, bell pepper, ginger-garlic paste for about a minute, add rest of the ingredients, prawns and fry until done.
Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
