Coffee Nutella Bread Pudding

I may have a long list of busy schedules to tell , but no im in no way going to complain today. Im all refreshed and back to the blog home :) . So there has been so much happening around me for sometime, good or bad i am enjoying it, but i was cooking the whole time , trying out new recipes from blogs as well as from mom. Some food gives us the total comfort feeling in what ever mood swings we may be in. I have my very mine, well this pudding dish has been baking out from our oven for some time, but never thought of posting it ever.

Nutella is something loved by Little Cuppy Cake and mommy, so something made with Nutella is always welcoming. I came across this blog HolyBasil while searching for pudding recipes with Nutella and i'm glad i found it. The original recipe called for a cup of heavy cream, but i just omitted it, nevertheless the pudding was perfect and we had just one word AWESOME !!
I always felt a great rapport between Coffee and Nutella, both compliments well. Whenever i need to make something with Nutella , i just cant control my self without adding a dash of Coffee powder in it. I do have a few recipes in my kitty with the most loved pair Coffee & Nutella :  Nutella - Chocolate -Coffee Pudding , Nutella - Cold Coffee more to come :)

All the time i usually do my photo shoot sessions in the noon, mostly when Little Cuppy Cake is fast asleep but this time she wasn't, and was all excited when i spread out the props for the photo shoot this pudding.
She was playing with her favorite pink flower and insisted me on keeping that for the picture, and i should say i was amazed how the picture turned out to be.

Coffee Nutella Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

10 - 12 slices White bread
Nutella to spread ( use as needed )

1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups Milk ( i used Whole milk )
5 eggs
1 - 1 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder ( i used Bru )
a pinch of Salt

Method:
Position the oven rack to the middle and pre- heat the oven at 350 F.
Lay the bread slices onto a baking sheet and bake it for 5 mins on each side, or until slightly toasted.
Spread nutella on one side on the bread slice and cut in half / diagonally / cut in half and roll it.
Arrange the bread slices on the baking dish , i arranged it in triangles.
In a bowl beat together Eggs + Sugar + Salt , gradually add in Milk and Coffee powder and mix well.
Pour it over the bread slices.
Prepare a water bath ( refer notes ) , and bake for 50 - 55 mins.
Cool and serve.

Notes : Take a deep Baking tray and place the  Baking dish with the mixture  inside it and carefully fill the tray with hot water and letting the dish with the mixture JUST immersed.
