Cabbage easy fry




Ingredients:
1/2 Cabbage cut in cubes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera
3-4 green chillies
oil ( preferably mustard, or any vegetable oil can be used)
salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a kadai and pop jeera.
Add green chillies, cabbage, turmeric and salt to taste, mix well and cook on low heat.
Do not let the cabbage shrink.
Serve hot with rice and dal.
